We went to Methven on Sunday 13th September, hoping to get five days of midweek skiing at Mt Hutt. Optimistically, we all had 5 day passes! We were so lucky and had five great days' skiing.

Monday and Tuesday were perfect blue sky days and no queues. On Wednesday, the wind got up, cloud came in, and the lifts closed early, but we still had a good day. On Thursday we got snow, but still a full day's skiing and to finish off on Friday we had another stunning blue sky day AND fresh snow!

Perfect!

Three happy skiers flew home again on Saturday 19th!
