Parawai Tramping Club

Club nights are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. Meetings are usually held at the Kapiti Primary School (opposite the Police Station in Paraparaumu) starting at 7:30pm.

The club holds an annual photo competition.
This is usually held in August. For this year's date go to the Club Night Programme.

The categories are:

• People (People doing tramping things!)
• Nature
• Landscape

Every year the club publishes its own calendar.

It is a full-colour calendar with one month per page and a photo from one of the club trips for each month.

Below is a list of books that can be borrowed from the club.
These books are generally tramping, kayaking, cooking and mountaineering titles and can be hard-to-find books, so well worth a look.
