Sunrise Hut 6-7 August

An awesome trip to Sunrise Hut. It snowed heavily before and during the entire weekend, which made for fun tramping.

There was a little snow at the road end
Triple X had a lot of snow too
So did the track. It got heavier as we climbed.
It was simply stunning
We made Sunrise Hut, but the snow was very deep
So we diverted towards the toilet and used the path from there to the hut
